As a result, you will feel both physically and mentally healthier, and you can develop a leaner body that will not be as susceptible to illness or serious diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease or a stroke.
Instead of spending your days focusing on what you don’t have, turn your attention to the many blessings you do have in your life.
