Chantelle Paris, French lingerie since 1876
Chantelle Paris, the French brand creating beautiful lingerie since 1876, is in New Zealand at Smith & Caughey’s.
We headed in for a fitting to check it out at the New Zealand media launch breakfast and personal fitting with their International Fitting Expert, Kamila.
Chantelle Paris is targeting large cup sizes now that New Zealand’s average cup size is a D cup, with their range of cup sizes from A to H. I saw the largest ones and they amazingly are not over-the-shoulder-boulder-holders at all; they still look beautifully elegant. To this end, they have used International plus-size model Robin Lawley from Australia in their larger cup sizes.
The other thing that struck me is the lace; you don’t see lace like this often in NZ – it’s French couture Levers Lace that looks and feels stunning.
Below: My Instagrams from the event. The berry yoghurt sundaes were amazing, thanks Smith & Caughey’s!

How divine is this French lace on this bra? I want them all!
Chantelle Paris has a younger sister, Passionata, that’s a sexy youthful brand worn and loved by women of all ages, not just in their Twenties! Passionata are reasonably priced and cover cup sizes A to G. The face of the visual campaigns is supermodel Bar Rafaeli.
Head into Smith & Caughey’s yourself soon and ask for someone to fit you properly from their trained team of staff; it’s really worthwhile getting a quality bra that fits you perfectly.
Below: My new Chantelle Paris! I adore it, or should I say, je adore!
