The Getty Museum has encouraged people around the world to get behind their Covid-19 quarantine Art Challenge, and recreate famous works of art using household objects during lockdown.
Some of the results are truly inspiring and worthwhile checking out at the hashtags #tussenkunstenquarantaine#gettychallenge#betweenartandquarantine #museumchallenge on Instagram.

Here, I recreated The Frame by Frida Kahlo, and the amazing Tanya Howie in Auckland has begun an Instagram page dedicated to her incredible creations at Imitation Curation. Tanya, who is a fashion stylist and mother – with an amazing wardrobe – has been featured on The Project TV show interviewed about her transformations, and you can watch it at this link at The Project Facebook page.
