I’m loving: Davines haircare! This week in New Zealand, the new Davines Essential packaging goes into salons and looks as good and smells as good as it is for you and for the environment. The 1983 family-run company from Parma, Italy is environmental and sustainable and supports Slow Food farmers groups in its production. Here in Auckland, they are sponsoring a beehive on the rooftop in Britomart with the HIP Group restaurant group as part of the #isustainbeauty programme to encourage beauty in nature and around us that may be in danger – such as bees which are under threat.
Here’s the Davines conceptual video to watch on Youtube starring their team members who are all involved in its production in Italy. It is completely charming!
The public can get involved with the I Sustain Beauty call-out at the isustainbeauty.com website and contribute images here.
Below: My photos of the LOVE product range on Davines Essential, which is ideal for curly or wavy hair for increased elasticity. Its formula, characterized by a soft and creamy foam, is designed to gently cleanse curly or wavy hair leaving it soft and light, and giving volume. The scent that characterizes the LOVE family has a citrus and green note.
