Photographer Petra Mingneau shot this editorial in a beautiful, broken-down building in Christchurch, Antonio Hall, in vintage clothing styled by Keren Armstrong.
Petra used the dilapated old building to her advantage, with leaves entering the house from outside juxtaposing the elegant manners of the clothing with the wilderness of nature. In one shot she cleverly utilised the torn lace curtains as a veil, making the models into brides.
"All the garments are vintage and the story was shot at Antonio Hall, a slowly-decaying yet beautiful mansion in the heart of Christchurch. This building provided so many beautiful backdrops that I got so excited and persuaded my models to keep going until they were freezing cold!" says Petra.
