Thread contributing writer Rose Jackson is atrting the magazine along with two other self-confessed ‘vintage obsessed women’ who ‘love to dream about scooters, swing dancing and vintage swimsuits’, Glory Days promises to shine a spotlight on NZ’s thriving vintage scene, and has something to offer everyone who loves the lifestyle of days gone by.
Their target demographic is New Zealand men and women aged 18-45 with an interest in the vintage aesthetic or lifestyle, with a mixture of classic vintage, rockabilly, burlesque and hot rod interest stories, as well as shining the spotlight on vintage fashion, food, entertaining, features, cars, music and more.
Glory Days will initially be an online publication – using ISSUU, with an accompanying website and Facebook page with the intention of producing a printed publication by next year. You can find the first issue of Glory Days at www.glorydaysmagazine.com from the 24th January 2013.
