The beautiful, hardcover book is a valuable resource for the homesewer’s bookshelf and to keep handy in the sewing room. Even if you were lucky enough to be taught sewing by your mother or grandmother, this is guaranteed to have stitches and techniques you never knew about.
I particularly enjoyed the ‘masterclasses’ of sewing tips and how-tos including the basics, through to complicated stitches. And as well as techniques it has a few projects to get you started, including the all-popular cushions, and a pom pom blanket for fun!
