In this week’s Meet the Model, I talked to Natalija Šnjegota of Vanity Walk Models, whose beautiful face reminded me of Wednesday Addams…

I’m 19 and I’m about 170cm tall
Place of origin?
I live in New Zealand; born and raised in Serbia.
Ethnicity?
Serbian, Macedonian, Bosnian and some Polish ancestry.
How were you discovered?
Wasn’t discovered really, my parents signed me up when I moved to New Zealand and I’ve been with Vanity Walk every since.
What does it mean to you to be Serbian?
Haha oh my, I can’t even tell you that myself! Eat a lot of traditional food, have a lot of cousins and definitely know how to dance the “kolo” (traditional Serbian dance).
What is your dream modelling job?
Probably modelling for New York Fashion Week… NZ Fashion Week would do too though.
What is your favourite band/music?
John Mayer all the way.
Places you would like to visit?
New York definitely. And then Venice, and then Serbia again.
Currently you are obsessed with?
Ecoya candles, Guess perfume and peanut butter chocolate.
Do you think I can rock your red hair?
Yes you definitely can, you’ve got the look for sure!
Favourite New Zealand designer?
I love Andrea Moore’s female business suits with floral pattern, I saw heaps of them while working for NZFW and simply fell in love.
Favourite summer outfit?
Simple dress and sandals/heels.
Most beautiful person in your opinion is?
Anyone who knows how to genuinely have fun, and never leaves their house without their smile…and then there’s Barbara Palvin.
