An afternoon tea is always a lovely way to spend an hour – particularly on a wet rainy Auckland afternoon. So we headed in to Parnell to the launch of Natalie Chan’s new boutique.

Moving further down Parnell Road to number 229, her new store continues to sell her pretty hats and fashion designs perfect for Races, weddings and dressy events.

Amanda Fergus from The Vintage Table provided the vintage teacups and teapots for those having a spot of tea and cupcakes, or a flute of bubbles from G.H.Mumm Champagne.

Inspired by Christian Dior, Natalie decorated the back wall of the shop with artifical roses going from pink to white from right to left.
