Zambesi Man opened its store dedicated to NZ and international contemporary menswear labels last night in the old Zambesi store in Teed Street Newmarket.
With cocktails from hot new liquor brand, Stolen Rum, as well as Invivo Wines, the opening party was packed to the rafters.
Racks were filled with interesting fashion from top men’s labels from around the globe – Rick Owens, Complex Geometrics, Raf Simons, Maison Martin Margiela, Nom*d, Costume National, Zambesi Man – and the stylish men who wear it.
Below: the Zambesi car packed outside the store. Zambesi Woman moved a while ago to the corner space in the Hayes Foundry building, just metres down the road.
Stolen Rum.
A black and white montage of the current collections graced the walls.
Guests spilled out onto Teed Street at the opening.
A Zambesi Man mannequin misses the entire party.
