Catwalk on the Street will take place on Saturday 26 March as over 30 designers and fashion retailers show their in-season Winter collections as Newmarket celebrates the end of The NZ Fashion Festival with free outdoor public shows.
Models and Catwalk stop traffic on Osborne Street Newmarket with a 25 metre catwalk and 30 models over 30 designers and fashion retailers from designer to casual, sportswear, lingerie, childrenswear and menswear.
There will be 4 shows: 11am, 12:30pm , 2pm and 3:30pm.
On the day, Osborne Street (behind Broadway & the Rialto) will be closed to cars and opened up to pedestrians only.
See the latest looks from designers and fashion retailers such as 277 Westfield, Decjuba, Dotti, Portmans, Alannah Hill, Identity, Kooky, Max, Mode on Broadway, Repertoire, Tigerlily, Women, TS14, Starfish, Robyn Mathieson, Andrea Moore, Kid Republic, Farmers, Angela Lewis, IceBreaker, R&G, BARKERS, The Warehouse, Esprit, Frank Casey, Second to None, Smiggle, Pyjama Company, and Bendon.
As well as the long street catwalk there will be general theatre on the street, with in-store activities, high teas, make-overs, discounts in store from various retailers and a chick flick on at the Rialto Cinema.
