Michelle Yvette bringing us our Summer early….

On Thursday night we took our cold selves down to Home Bar in the Viaduct to view Michelle Yvette’s latest offering for Summer 2010/11 – for when we feeling like popping out to dance without a cardi!

It may feel like the warm weather is still a long way away, but in the lead up to Fashion Week, our imaginations are drifting to balmier climates.

Michelle Yvette has produced another smart and consistently glamorous range, perfect for nights out or meeting his parents.

Reds, oranges and shades in-between nicely accented the trademark LBD, and had us in the mood for carnival, especially with the feathered flouncing headpieces.

So even if you can’t possibly picture yourself baring your shoulders ever again, check out Michelle’s cute and slightly saucy little frocks to lift your mood and give you hope!

At the show:

Selina Daysh and Robin Smith of Smith Studio (hand intact after his little drilling mishap)

Rebecca Leyden & Haeme from DesignerDirect

Michelle Yvette with Sarah & Kerry George, and Bari

Michelle’s assistants Cindy Canninga & Trish Gibb, resplendent in this season’s hot looks.
