Preview Event for 2011 iD Dunedin Fashion Week
A crowd of a hundred people gathered excitedly at Dunedin’s Pier 24 at St Clair Beach Resort on Thursday 19 August for a preview of 2011 iD Dunedin Fashion Week- now amazingly in its twelth year.
Sipping on Absolut Charmaine Reveley cocktails designed by Charmaine Reveley and nibbling on canapés made by Michael Coughlin of Pier 24, there was a flutter amongst guests anticipating what was in store for 2011 iD Fashion week.
This change in schedule from its usual March dates to 5-10 April 2011 is to fit in with international fashion calendar commitments. At present the committee is in the process of securing some exciting international guests to be announced soon.
Models from Ali McD Modelling Agency wore pieces from summer 2010 collections by Carlson, Charmaine Reveley, DADA (Marie Strauss) and Waughs as well as boutiques Bellebird and White by Design.

2011 iD Dunedin Fashion Week will be an exciting event attracting visitors locally and internationally and is great exposure for local designers and models so put the dates in your calendar now and come and visit us in the “Deep South”.
