We went to Ostro in Britomart this week for a peek behind the scenes – and a taster – of Josh Emett’s brand new food and wine matching concept, Mastermatch.
The public can visit www.mastermatch.co.nz and sign up to receive seasonal recipes matched by Michelin star chef Josh Emett to wines so you never need worry whether your dish will clash with your drop again. Plus, you can scan a Mastermatch QR code on the selected bottles of wine.
It’s very interactive and brings chef and home cooks closer together as Josh encourages you to post your dish onto the Master Match Facebook page, Instagram or tweet @JoshEmett.
