Birkenhead Bungalo

Five time Metro Award-winning owners, Heath, Ian, Ann and Adam Jennett have once again brought to town a lavish, stylish and trendy "place to be" with the opening of Bungalo cafe in Birkenhead on Auckland’s North Shore…

‘New Cafe Opening Soon" was all the coffee-drinking locals read, on a sign, for the last three weeks outside Birkenhead’s new up and coming hot-spot.

Up until last night, that is, as on Monday 19th April guests attended and celebrated the opening of Bungalo.

Bungalo, situated on Mokoia Road in Birkenhead on the outskirts of Highbury, is designed and renovated by the team themselves. The fit-out oozes style and charisma, from the polished wooden floors to the black and white contemporary walls, and the stunning city-views. Not to mention plenty of free parks and child-friendly spaces!

Bungalo Café definitely leaves customers wanting to come back for more.

A local transport sign brings a touch of Shore style to the wall of the separate side room, available for groups and meetings.

They’re serving Atomic coffee now. Pop in to the black bungalow for a cup.
