The four course lunch matched with Brancott Estate wines was hosted by Patrick Materman, chief winemaker, and chef Peter Gordon, who talked us through the Asian fusion dishes. A generous amount of wine was also used in the cooking!

Models walked around us wearing some of the limited edition wine label outfits. My favourite was the stunning yellow lantern dress.

It’s the 25th anniversary of The World of Wearable Arts Awards, and the 40th birthday of Brancott Estate wines – two great New Zealand brands that have come together in this beautiful pairing. Fashion and wine? Let’s drink to that.
