We joined the Cloudy Bay team at Ponsonby Central on Thursday 26th September for ‘First of the Season’, the launch of Cloudy Bay’s 2013 sauvignon blanc.
Cloudy Bay presented a challenge to Food TV celebrity chef Mark Southon to create a dish on a single spoon to match the new vintage, without actually having tasted the vintage.
This was launched on the night and will be available for the public to trial later with a glass of the new sauvignon blanc, in various locations around the country.
