If you know Michiko or I, you know we love our tea (and Champagne!) so a trip into town to Cordis Hotel in Auckland for their amazing new vegan high tea sounded too good to refuse. Michiko is vegan herself so it was the ideal match made in heaven. I eat anything, so I’m always happy at a Cordis high tea.
Ideal for vegetarians, vegans, or just those wanting a more plant-based diet, the High Tea Cordis with TWG menu had starters, sandwiches, desserts, and scones, with a glass of champagne and finished with TWG teas. A halal high tea option is also available.
