Bubbles anyone?

To celebrate the launch of the of Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2002, special guests were invited to a Champagne tasting event at Soul Bar & Bistro at the Viaduct in Auckland on Tuesday night.

Axelle Araud, one of Moet & Chandon’s winemakers, was a VIP guest speaker and gave some background on the three Moet Champagnes: Moet Imperial, Moet Rose and Moet Grand Vintage 2002.

These were all perfectly matched with a selection of beautifully prepared canapes from the talented chefs at Soul.

My favourite was the Moet Rose – a perfect one for the ladies, just a little bit sweeter than the Imperial and Grand Vintage and it was paired up with a lovely tuna and avocado tasty treat.

So for your next celebration make sure you look out for this new vintage. I just love a bit of vintage.
