I try the new Color Wow roots touch-up for hair that’s just arrived in New Zealand.

Whether you’re covering grey, or in-between colour touch-ups at the salon or home, it’s an easy brush-on cover-up. It’s a mineral powder like an eyeshadow that comes in a compact with a brush that you apply to your roots in a choice of six shades; I have Blonde.

It has zinc particles to adhere to hair and mineral pigments to lighten the shade. There’s no dropping product, it is clean and tidy and portable for your purse.

Color Wow is available for $49.90 which lasts approx 60 applications and is at Farmers from 23rd March and then in pharmacies and salons nationwide from April 2014.
