I’m sure if David Bowie had worn nailpolish in his Ziggy Stardust stage, it would have been this. And as for Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet, and all the synth-pop bands, this would have been right up their alley.

This season, ORLY drawn inspiration from the world of electro-pop for their latest nail colour collection, Electronica.

They intend the shades to be mix-and-matched, contrast-or-clashed, to create nail art with the matte and shimmery hues.

Above from left to right: Preamp is a soft pink with shimmery glitter reflects.

The two mattes are Shockwave, a matte royal blue shade, and Decoded, a matte gray-blue shade.

This last one is a bit different; Synchro is a ‘multi-chromatic’ shade, meaning it shifts between mauve and gold in the light.

Hit the dancefloor – or your synthesizer – wearing Electronica.

They retail for $24.99 each or $29.99 for a mini kit from selected department store, pharmacies, and beauty spas.
