Urban Creative Presents Sable & Minx
NZ Fashion Week 22 September 2010

The second collection in the Urban Creative labels show on Day 2 of New Zealand Fashion Week saw established label Sable & Minx follow Theresa Brady’s eponymously-titled new label, Brady.

The winter 2011 Sable & Minx collection opened with wearable pretty blue printed pieces.

The collection showed simple, elegantly-cut pieces that lent towards becoming classic wardrobe staples rather than fast fashionable fixes.

Plenty of grey and taupe tones but a welcomed splash of colour in a scarlet lipstick red soft knit cardigan and simply cut sheath dress with pleat-detailed bustline.

The classic black wrap style dress made an appearance as did a stunning sheen finished charcoal blue tapered-leg pant.

Feminine pebble print shift dresses closed the show that overall was not edgy or groundbreaking but certainly wearable, well cut and with just the right touches of girlie sweetness.
