Purchasing a pohutukawa print Bloomer tee by Laurie Foon of Starfish not only helps Project Crimson save trees, it puts customers into the draw to win two tickets to Starfish’s opening show at NZ Fashion Week.
Starfish and Project Crimson have been partners for three years, blending fashion and the protection of New Zealand’s much loved pohutukawa and rata trees through a range of Starfish designed ‘Bloomer T-Shirts’ which feature a unique design of our iconic trees.
"It sends a really good message; we need to lead the way when it comes to how we handle our environment,” says Laurie Foon.
For a chance to enter the competition, purchase a Bloomer T-Shirt for $30 from the Starfish Wellington store or from the Project Crimson website www.projectcrimson.org.nz between 1-12 September 2010. All proceeds from the sale of the Bloomer T-Shirts go directly to the Project Crimson Trust to continue their planting and protection work of pohutukawa and rata throughout New Zealand.
Perfect to wear while hugging any tree- but especially a crimson one.
