Affordable luxury skincare brand Dr Lewinn’s have launched four new cleansers including our pick, a rosehip and argan oil cleanser, and amazingly they’re priced at only $37.50.
Thread attended the beauty launch over brunch today at Studio Lumiere in Parnell, where they cleverly and deliciously food-matched all the canapes to ingredients in the cleansers – from papaya to apricot.
Dr Lewinn’s Donna said that the brand can keep its prices so low due to not having dedicated counters and staff in department stores. Rather, products are self-serve on shelves and they can put resources into developing great formulations but keep it at $37.50 for a large sized 200ml bottle.
Women apparently report that they tend to get confused around choosing cleansers, so they have allocated cleansers different solutions to suit. Customers can choose from Calming, Balancing, Replenishing, and Nourishing benefits.
