Nearing forty with sun damage from 39 summers in the hot Nelson sun (and a few too many wrinkles starting) I thought it was time to try a new beauty product.

With plenty to choose from I tried a night cream from SAVIQ, which retails for $54.95. The difference is that this product is a bee venom night cream which combines New Zealand Manuka Honey, bee venom and some pretty savvy anti-ageing skin science.

I have now completed a week of applications. I am hooked. Not only does it leave my skin feeling hydrated and nourished – in the morning I actually look like I’ve had a full night sleep and foundation seems to glide on better. I’m still using my favourite Antipodes day product but I’m keen to try the Bee Venom Moisturiser.

This product is one of seven in a range where Active Bee Pollen (ABV) is used. It acts as a natural botox. And yes I have tried botox so I can confirm it works well. The bee venom that is.

Why I love this product:

· I’ve used for seven nights and there’s hardly a dent in the container

· The product is Certified Organic and Pure New Zealand

· Love the smell

· Non allergenic

· It makes me my skin feel really nourished

· My skin glows the next day

· Bees are not harmed in the process

· There are no harmful substances in the range

There are a lot of products on the market and you need to find one that works well for you. This is a product I recommend and think suits New Zealand woman as it is made in NZ and balances nature with a three-in-one solution to defy age.

SAVIQ Bee Venom Night Cream and her sisters in the range are stocked exclusively at Farmers. For more information go to www. saviq.org
