The cult classic Caviar Collection founded in 1987 has expanded and now includes this luxurious age-defying facial mask to be used as a nightly treatment. It combines the concentration of a mask, with the moisturising and restoring effects of a night cream, in one cream.
I love this idea of a mask and night cream in one. It’s definitely one of the best masks I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying; light yet rich, and instantly hydrating and cooling on my skin, with a pleasant light fragrance.
It comes in this elegant tub with a brush included on its own stand, to brush on the cream which instantly absorbs.
As with all the Caviar Collection, caviar extract is used for lifting and firming properties, and sunflower seed oil to hydrate thirsty skin. Carica Papaya is used for its natural enzyme exfoliating properties to soften and smooth skin.
La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Sleep Mask retails for $440 from November 2013 from La Prairie beauty counters at selected department stores. I shot it tucked up in bed, having a beautiful night’s sleep – and you can, too!
