My skincare regimen using Mitoq

I love amazing skincare. Did you know you can improve your skin health internally as well as externally? Visible signs of ageing are caused by oxidative stress including pollution, environmental factors and sun damage. Oxidative stress can be decreased with antioxidants and MitoQ has mitochondria-targeted antioxidant to make skin firmer, brighter and clearer. The powerful antioxidants of Mitoq in their face serum, supplements, and eye cream improve your skin’s mitochondria.

Above: My skincare regimen using Mitoq.com. I am taking two capsules each morning, and eye cream morning and night, and the correcting serum at night.

The eye renew cream is a new favourite product of mine. It has a very unique style of applicator, with a push pump that releases the right amount of product around a metal disc on the top. The metal disc feels amazing on the eye area; very cool and refreshing.
