I try out a facial using the fabulous New Zealand brand of bee venom skincare, SAViQ, at Farmers in St Lukes.
SAViQ is the women’s skincare line from the two savvy gentlemen that brought out Dominate men’s haircare and Primal Earth natural New Zealand skincare for men. Now, they’re helping women look young and beautiful with this so-called botox alternative that’s sustainably and bee-friendly harvested from bees.
It has a powerful blend of bee venom – which is neutralised by the bees’ own manuka honey – in conjunction with the targeted skincare properties of New Zealand botanical ingredients which are selected to suit to each product in the range, whether cleansing, moisturising, or anti-ageing.
There’s a Bee Venom Face Mask at $74.95, Serum $69.95, Eye Cream $42.95, Moisturiser $42.95, Cleanser $38.95, Mist Toner $24.95 and Night Cream $54.95. You can find SAViQ at selected Farmers beauty counters www.farmers.co.nz and at the SAViQ website, http://www.saviq.org/shop.aspx
SAViQ doesn’t contain any sulphates, parabens, synthetic fillers, or phthalates. It’s all natural however if you’re allergic to bees, like any bee venom skincare, steer well clear!
Below: The line-up of products at my facial.
Below: SAViQ is faced by the gorgeous Katrina Hoernig from Clyne Models.
Below: Each product has a bee venom activity (BVA) strength number; the highest being BVA 8 on the Face Mask.
Bee age savvy.
SAViQ from nature.
Regenerative Night Lift.
It’s all thanks to bees.
Back to the grass roots.
