Well I hate to be the bringer of bad tidings, but summer is starting to look less and less, well, summery. The winds and rain are coming… but there’s nothing worse than coming into autumn already pale, says Rachel…
Well I hate to be the bringer of bad tidings, but summer is starting to look less and less, well, summery.
The winds and rain are coming… but there’s nothing worse than coming into autumn already pale, as if all that lovely golden glow you had over summer, was (gulp) not entirely genuine!
Instead, keep up your tropical glow with St Tropez Gradual Tan for Body and for Face.
St Tropez patented Aromaguard technology means that their Gradual Tan for Body (available in Light/Medium and Medium/Dark, $59.00) will leave just a delicate lingering fragrance of fresh fruit and violets on your skin, with no nasty overtones. I found it really easy to apply -after the all important exfoliation of course – and it made my skin smooth and glossy, while drying as quickly as a moisturiser.
Over several days of regular application, a soft glow starts to appear, incredibly natural but definitely bronzed. Meanwhile the soothing aloe vera and other yummy ingredients nourish and repair your delicate skin.
Because continuity is important in every performance – even that of your skin tone – combine the body tan with St Tropez Gradual Tan for Face ($59.00). Gentle enough to be used as your daily moisturiser, and full of good things like Vitamin E, I found this easy to use and light on my skin. It absorbs quickly, and can either stand alone for a gentle glow or as a base for your foundation. I found my face to be the hardest area to keep bronze, seeing as I adhere strictly to the twice-daily cleanse-tone-moisturize skin care commandments, so if you want to keep glowing apply it faithfully every day.
Make sure that April doesn’t see you looking pale and wan and keep up the appearance of tropical weekend breaks with St Tropez lovely goodies for body and face.
