I headed in to Lucy and the Powder Room to try out their latest skincare addition – the highly active cosmeceutical range Synergie – in their ‘Winter Warmer’ treatment for both the face and feet.

“We are so excited to have Synergie available to our clients”, says Lucy Vincent, Director of Lucy and the Powder Room. “Our clientele come to us for non-toxic, yet super smart and effective skincare. These products are right on the mark and I think as soon as people try them, they’ll realise they really can have the skin they always wanted”.

Lucy Vincent is very particular about the ranges she stocks, so Synergie is in very good company alongside Osmosis, her own range Sans, and a select few others. Synergie was created by Australian biomedical scientist Terri Vinson using highly active cosmeceuticals, free from toxic additives.

Synergie skincare includes a range of essential vitamin serums (A, B, C and D), cleansers, moisturisers and sun protection.

Synergie will be available for retail sale as well as in facials by trained staff. You can pick up a starter pack with refillable 10ml samples of five products for $150.

From 1st June to 31st August they’re offering a delicious ‘Winter Warmer’ for both the face and feet. I thoroughly recommend this and give it 10/10.

I had a Synergie Hydro Peel and Age Revert Mask work to restore and hydrate the face, and a restorative foot massage and a luxe paraffin wax treatment with my feet in warm wax in plastic bags. My feet felt so restored and the warm wax feels ublime. I also got told my skin looked amazing the next day.

The Winter Warmer takes 60 minutes and costs $100 (value $160). For bookings call Newmarket (09) 524 6702 or Takapuna (09) 488 0585 or see their website at www.lucyandthepowderroom.com
