I couldn’t believe it when I heard it – my fave designer collaborating with my fave chocolate brand?
Cybele has created goddess-inspired uniforms for Ferrero Rocher brand ambassadors to wear on the chocolate front line in Malls across the land.
Cybele told Thread today at the media launch at Jaffa Cafe in Richmond Road that the uniforms have a Grecian/Roman look to tie in with the TV commercials featuring the gods enjoying Ferrero.
The signature Cybele leaf is a screenprint on the men’s tee and a satin applique with heavy top-stitching on the women’s dress. The leaf also recalls a Greco-Roman laurel wreath.

This Christmas, both Sylvia Park and Northland Malls will feature giant Ferrero Rocher Christmas trees with Ferreros given out free to the public by brand ambassadors wearing Cybele’s new uniforms.
Models bearing Ferrero chocolates wearing Cybele? Goddesses, indeed.
