Tonight at Playpark in Auckland, Karen Walker is unveiling a unique ‘Runaway’ gold and citrine necklace created with jewellery designer Zora Bell-Boyd to be auctioned for Breast Cancer Research Trust of which Karen is an ambassador.
The invite-only event, held on Wednesday 7th November at Karen Walker’s annual Lucky Dip Club event at her Playpark boutique will see Karen reveal the one-off piece of jewellery designed with Zora Bell-Boyd, the woman behind the cult jewellery from Wunderkammer for many years.
The pendant is made from 9 carat gold with a large citrine, accompanied by black and white diamonds and featuring a large 18 carat gold runaway girl. Entitled, "Runaway Girl’s Adventure" it has a retail worth of NZ$6975.
Karen said, “We’ve always adored Zora’s work and we’re thrilled to be able to work with her on this project. The piece is very special and will be a wonderful addition to any jewellery box.”
