We popped by Meadowlark jewellery’s beautiful new studio in Newton Auckland to see their latest collection themed around the victor and the underdog; struggle and fortune.

The Meadowlark Spring Summer 2013/14 collection – entitled VENI • VIDI • VICI – is represented through three icons: the devil’s claw for weapons and protection; the eyeballs, and the wreaths for triumph.

Pieces in the VENI • VIDI • VICI collection include gold and silver rings, earrings, and necklaces, handmade on site in New Zealand. The new workroom is an ideal space for them to meet bespoke clients, such as engagement ring clients, and was fitted out with the help of her friend, Charlotte Rust, with an interior filled with sheepskins, modernist furniture, and cushion with prints by Andrew McLeod.
