Sarah Laurie Lifestyle Seminar
Tuesday 22 November at Whitcoulls, Auckland

It’s all about, happiness, success and beautiful living. Tuesday evening I attended a free to the public lifestyle seminar given by NZ author and life coach Sara Laurie held at Whitcoulls Queen Street.

There were bubbles, spot prizes and all the information any woman could want to start fresh for the New Year and lead a gorgeous life.

As she spoke to the audience Sarah’s passion for the job and desire to help others was obvious to all in the room as she gave us the information and the inspiration essential in taking the first steps towards making important lifestyle changes and seeing your goals achieved.

Some of Sarah’s top tips for a successful life;

– Knowing what success looks like to you and setting clear goals.
– Having a well defined path to achieving your ideal happiness.
– Staying focused on your dreams, being strong and persevering.
– Thinking positive thoughts.
– Being action orientated and taking proactive steps that move our goals along. Nothing in life changes without us first making a change.
– And don’t forget to smell the roses.

Thread.co.nz’s Megan had an up-close look at the stationery. "I love the idea of the Gratitude Journal and I seriously want to stick with that and do it, to be thankful for things in life. I also like the weekly planner entitled ‘I have a beautiful life and this is my plan.’ I think the linen covers on the journals are beautiful, too. Some women may find the pastel colours and floral motifs a bit too girly, especially for use in business, but they are definitely feminine."

You can buy Sarah Laurie stationery at Whitcoulls or from her website www.lifestyle-couture.com with journals priced at $19.99 and manilla folders and to-do pads at $12.99, making it very affordable to be very organised.
