?A lot of bright colours in fabric fade so fast, but Icebreaker top quality merino in hot shades of turquoise, fuschia and tangerine for summer will last a long time – in fact, a whole lot longer than this season’s colour-blocking trend!
You may think of merino wool for winter and you’d be right, but lightweight merino garments for spring/summer is a cool trend many are not familiar with.
I’m wearing Icebreaker’s Bliss Wrap (Black, $199) as a lightweight summer wrap. I love that it can be worn in five different ways – so versatile.
And if you want to get away from the New Zealand obsession with black and into some vivid hues which are so hot this coming summer, try one of their turquoise blues, fuchsia pinks and tangerine oranges.
