At Buteyko Breathing course with my boy, learning about healthy breathing to help with asthma, snoring, mouth-breathing, and improve calmness. I got to hold the Melbourne Cup today at a fun hands-on fashion editors’ millinery workshop up at Sugar Club. I made this hat! It was such a fun event. You have to wear gloves as the first person to touch the cup with bare hands is its winner.
