Whippersnapper has a new kids’ 100% merino wool “Snow” range out from the kids’ outdoor brand designed and made here in NZ for kids aged 6 months to 12 years.

The Baby Merino Longsleeve tops in Red/Toi Toi and Flax/Toi Toi retail at $59.95 and are made from 100% pure New Zealand superfine merino wool (180 gsm).

I love wearing merino as a grown-up, so I imagine it’s just perfect for little bodies; the fibres are warm all year round and non-itchy and soft against the skin. And as the person who washes them, they keep their shape and bounce back like Barney on a trampoline.

The longsleeve tops have an envelope neckline for getting on and off easily, and are machine washable and tumble dryable.

They look cute on the website, but the proof is in the pudding. So who better to ask than a kid? Lily took the tops to the park for a test drive…
