Auckland singer/songwriter Zoe Fleury, better known as Zowie, performed at today’s Urban Picnic at Britomart Country Club launching the summer season of Number One Shoes.
Wearing a silver metallic t-bar shoe, a WORLD Edwardian jacket, and black jeans she and designer Serena Fagence customized with silver studs, Zowie sang one of her latest hits with her band for fashion media and guests at the launch.
She’s known for her striking style – in fact, she’s the wildcard judge for this year’s Westpac Young Fashion Designer Competition – so she’s perfectly placed to pick out her fave shoes from this summer range, below in the bell jars.
It was great to meet Zowie briefly, and I hope to hear more of her live again soon.
