Fashion Week is over for 2018, with NZ Fashion Weekend starting up today with ticketed shows for the public to attend. I headed along to the final show for me of the week- T Galleria at DFS Galleria for a tour of the store and cocktail party and fashion show of New Zealand labels that they stock. You can follow on my Instagram at @threadnz.
Day 5 Friday 31 August at NZ Fashion Week 2018
T GALLERIA AT DFS
Treats from T Galleria by DFS Galleria with the best of New Zealand and international brands. Not only has the historic 1889 building on Customs Street had a beautiful renovation, the top floor is entirely food and natural products including Karen Murrell Lipsticks, Zealong New Zealand tea, and Steens raw manuka honey. Also pictured from the AMAZING beauty floor, Bulgari perfume – there’s also the only Bulgari fashion store in the country- SK-II mask, and GUCCI.

A highlight of last night was running into @foureyesblog!
NOT girl band The Luxury Shopettes, but Aki Ang (thesleekavenue), Nicole Ku (nicrific), Kelly Thompson (kellythompsoncreative) and I posing on the escalator. Going up! Photo by Trudi Bennett (warrobeflair.)
Cheers! Moet with fashion stylists and all round lovely ladies Trudi Bennett, Amber Peebles, and Lulu Wilcox.
DFS Galleria tour introducing media to the staircase art by New Zealand graffiti artist Otis Frizzell (right) who depicted man’s ascent from the fire age to the space age as you climb the stairs. It was made especially for the site and digitally printed onto adhesive as they couldn’t spray paint it on directly inside the historic building.
