After a fairly good night’s sleep – I can’t complain about six hours in context of fashion week – it was up and at ’em Atom Ant, for day two.

The day began with accessories designer Yu Mei’s offsite breakfast show, which I didn’t attend, but here’s a great pic from their Instagram:

I loved Lenon Wakuwa in New Zealand Project Runway so it was a delight to see the INCREDIBLE collection on the actual runway today at New Zealand Fashion Week, featuring Kerry Trent Ranginui modelling. An absolute highlight for the senses and full of fabulous colour and pattern.

4pm Collections: Ivory & Stone bridal and MALLO.

Divine brides. Just breathtaking. I loved this show so much.
I have to say, the Town Hall is really beautifully suited to elegant shows such as this; the Ivory & Stone bridal designer gowns were complemented perfectly by the historic building. Getting married? You may not be tying the knot in the Town Hall, but you should consider doing it in an @ivoryandstonebridal dress.

The colour of the week appears to be Kelly green seen here in high drama in the ultra glam collection by MALLO at Auckland Town Hall for New Zealand Fashion Week 2019.

5pm Jockey All Blacks underwear show at Q Theatre.

The content you’ve all been waiting for: the annual Jockey All Blacks underwear show! This year Jockey held a Trip To Tokyo themed show in Q Theatre with an impressive scaffolding structure with Katayanagi Twins DJing Harajuku style mixes with dancers while sports stars modeled the new undies below, including press ups from the sportswomen:) Halfway through, Taiko drummers took to the stage to perform. A fun and always popular show.

8.30pm Mercedes-Benz Presents Paris Georgia

Mercedes-Benz Presents Paris Georgia

The final show of the day was AMAZING: Paris Georgia. It was so hyped as the designing duo had won the prestigious placement of Mercedes-Benz Presents status, and held a runway show after a glamorous oysters-and-champagne reception in Aotea Centre where the talented yet humble designers were interviewed briefly and presented with flowers.
