What I wore today, at what must surely be the prettiest dentist reception area ever, at @thetoothcompanynz in Smales Farm.

Had a swimwear try on today at Moontide Swimwear in Ponsonby. So many cute styles at this iconic New Zealand brand. You might need something nice, if you’re headed somewhere warm over the ditch. They had a HUGE variety of styles for every body, from classic one pieces to laced up styles, strappy backs, and one shoulder looks, and cool details such as tortoiseshell hoops, and metal buckles. Loves a big sleeve, don’t usually wear khaki but never met a leopard print I don’t like, so was drawn to this Mango khaki leopard dress.
Remember your keep cup when you head out. I’m actually on a mission to try to reduce – ideally completely remove- all paper disposable cups from my life and use resuable.
At a fabulous sustainable brunch with Nespresso with an inspiring talk by Gemma McCaw, before we painted our own coffee mugs, and took home beautiful blooms by Victoria Park Flowers. The brunch food was even grown on Nespresso coffee grounds compost.
Well it’s been a week. I am glad it’s finally Friday. Let the holidays begin!

With a theme of Sixties Glam, the crowd looked as sparkly as the stage lights, at the premiere of Jersey Boys at Auckland Civic Theatre. I wore a Sixties swing mini dress with piping detailing and gold boots and got a vintage faux fur at the opshop. The musical was outstanding, especially the sets and backdrop projections which really set the scene. The cast were INCREDIBLE with amazing voices, and all the iconic songs you will recognise, such as Oh what a night, Cherry baby, and dozens more.
Anna-rose wears dress from ihc opshop, I wear vintage denim pinafore, over a patchwork Ralph Lauren shirt, and new season Mi Piaci boots.
Everyone on the North Shore seems to know this house!
And finally, I found a turquoise dress to wear swanning around in front of it at rush hour to catch the golden hour light 🙂
