I’ve been to countless – both in and out the country – and the one that WORKSHOP DENIM just opened at SHED 4 is of the highest standards. Had I not known better, I would easily say it was nothing short of flagship-store material…
The LBD, plain white tee and perfect fitting jeans have one thing in common: they’re closet staples.
Now, if we were to talk specifics (read: brands) WORKSHOP DENIM would inevitably be mentioned. With that said, it is really fortunate for us Aucklanders that they have once again decided to open an outlet store and Thread was there to shoot what went down.
I am a straight-edged bargain hunter and buyer and if there’s one to share their thoughts on outlet shops, it would have to be me.
I’ve been to countless – both in and out the country – and the one that WORKSHOP DENIM just opened at SHED 4 (90 Wellesley Street) is of the highest standards.
Had I not known better, I would easily say it was nothing short of flagship-store material. When it came to space, ambiance and parking convenience, they seem to have nailed every point.
Of course I got curious, “Why celebrate the opening of an outlet store?” the simple remark I got was “Why not?!”
Looking at that night’s attendance, the crowd was a surprising mix of people from all sorts of fields – from fashionphiles (designers, stylists, make up artists, etc) to nurses, businessmen to florists, tv personalities, singers, bloggers (represent!) – name it, and one of the guests would be it. This reflects the fact that WORKSHOP DENIM and Helen Cherry are brands that are truly loved by all. Asking one of the guests what’s to love about the brands, she answered “They make clothes I like to wear”. Enough said.
If you feel like investing yet again on a closet staple or just wanting to stock up with great looks from past collections, be sure to pay WORKSHOP DENIM Outlet store over at SHED 4. They’re open 6 days a week, 10-6 on weekdays and 10-5 on weekends.
