On Thursday I popped in to check out the new Summer season at Ted Baker at their media fashion showcase, where the lovely store manager Tash talked us through the SS18/19 ranges.
There’s the famous floral prints and bows, of course, but also luxe embroidery, marbled prints, hummingbirds, ornate sneakers, and something for everyone, from Race Day to weddings to workwear.
What I wore today. At Britomart Ted Baker for their summer showings. How gorgeous is that Ted Baker luggage?!
I especially liked that Ted Baker is part of BCI, Better Cotton Initiative, ensuring ethical and environmental cotton use in the fashion industry. It is a global programme to reduce the environmental impact of cotton production and improve livelihoods and economic development in cotton producing areas, with goals of reaching five million farmers in key cotton-producing countries and have Better Cotton account for 30% of global cotton production. Nice work, Ted Baker!
So many beautiful things!
I loved this scalloped cami and culotte in royal blue with a cherry blossom and magnolia print.
Hummingbirds are HUGE news this season.
Detail of floral embroidery on the sleeve of an off the shoulder white cotton dress.
Matching embroidered and printed sneakers and bags to accessorise your outfit in the key new season ranges.
Humingbirds on culottes with a modern stripe border.
Delicate cherry blossoms on a pink leather half-moon bag.
This burgundy floral pleat dress was a big hot with everybody who saw it.
