Auckland-based New Zealand designers Mountfort, Etta Every, and Companion are coming together to bring their selection of ethically-made, fashion-forward clothing with a pop up shop ‘by 3’ in Ponsonby Central this month.
The labels are Mountfort, Etta Every, and Companion, a label which works with refugee migrants in the creation of their product.
Mountfort is a womenswear line by Sally Mountfort, Etta Every (www.ettaevery.com) is a womenswear line by Katie Every as a counterpoint to the band The May Project, and Companion is a husband and wife team co-creating furniture and textile items with migrants and former refugees, including vintage scarves re-worked with embroidery and beading, below.

The pop up shop will be from Monday 29th of January -Auckland Anniversary Day – until Sunday 4th of February in Ponsonby Central. On the Monday, which is also Laneway Festival, they are serving Chemex coffee in the morning, and on Thursday they are open until about 6pm and have been given beer from Epic for the people who come to the late night.
