Intro image: Stila One Step Prime face primer from Mecca Cosmetica. I attended the opening of Mecca Cosmetics in Hurstmere Takapuna and was given this primer to try and I love it. It’s soothing and moisturising – rather than drying a bit ‘tight’ as I find some primers – and a lovely base for applying foundation.
Supporting the March On campaign with Elizabeth Arden and wearing Red Door Red which she gave out to suffragettes marching in the streets for women’s rights. You can empower women when you give a Elizabeth Arden signature lipstick, as 100% of proceeds go to @UNWomen.

The makeup touch up counter at YSL beaute club. I’m having a lip done by makeup artist Nandan of Smith and Caughey’s.
Smoky eye and lots of highlight drops by Lancome, thanks to senior makeup artist Nandan @artisthetical. This amazing product is a dewy liquid that you can blend into foundation or wear by itself for a radiant glow.
Great news for lovers of French beauty; the much-adored beauty brand Sisley is available at Smith and Caughey’s, with skincare and fragrance. How pretty is this tropical print cosmetic bag?
