I’m using Aspect Dr specialised products skincare ‘ABC Essential kit’ from Skin Institute and especially love the Active C Vitamin C Antioxidant Serum. The cosmeceuticals are bioactive and rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and antioxidants. The Aspect Dr range is available in New Zealand at skin institute. The full sized serum is $120 but the essentials kit pictured have is $190 for all 5 products.

Weleda have a beautiful and natural Arnica Sports Shower Gel to cleanse after exercise. My husband came home after Studio red Yoga havng stretched his arms a lot and so I gave him this to recover!
What we like: Arnica is well-known as a natural soothing botanical for pain. It is anti-inflammatory and an analgesic, so it’s ideal for the body after exercise. It has a nice fragrance of lavender and rosemary so is refreshing to use in the shower too.

This morning, I’m having a wholefood smoothie and checking out the By Nature range of affordable, made in New Zealand skincare. It utilises key hero ingredients of rosehip, bee venom, and Manuka honey is its range of face care products. The nourishing and firming face mask contains rosehip oil; the purifying facial cleanser also has rosehip oil, and the face creme has bee venom.

Goodness skincare Everyday Cream Cleanser is the lovely quality range from parent company Trilogy skincare that is readily available in supermarkets at great prices. It is based around nourishing, omega acid-rich chia seeds, with this creamy cleanser formula also containing avocado and coconut oils for soft and smooth skin. ‘Good Vibes Only’ mug from Typo.

Weleda has launched some fabulous and all-natural perfumes and this Jardin de Vie in rose smells like fresh roses exploding in the room; I’m wearing it now and it’s completely divine. The three fragrances include ROSE (Wild Rose) with a romantic rose scent; GRENADE (Pomegranate) with a sensual spicy fragrance; AGRUME (Sea Buckthorn), with a refreshing joyous scent.
