OUTFIT POST: What I’ve Been Wearing In November 2019

Wearing cherry dress by Trelise Cooper and shoes by Beau Coops for a delicious Turkish meal on a dinner date at @bodrummarket on the rooftop of the new Westfield Newmarket.

Checking my Face-book. FACE. BOOK. Get it? Hahahaha I crack myself up.
Karen Walker Runaway round beach towel from @themarket.nz #gifted

Feeling Christmassy … at the premiere of Last Christmas at Event Broadway starring Emma Thompson. Go see it!

Les Mis opening night tonight at the Civic Theatre Auckland! Wearing Charlotte Devereaux dress. What a stunning performance! I am still humming the songs the next morning. It was my first time seeing Les Miserables but I don’t think I’ll see a more talented cast. Get along to the Civic this month!

Swing while you’re winning! Or should I say gin-ning? Definitely grinning!
Such a fun party at The Glass Goose with Bombay Sapphire, which I seem to be matching blue-tifully, in this dress by Boohoo (gifted.)

Hurray it’s Saturday. Always good vibes on a sunny weekend morning. I’m wearing playsuit by REISS secondhand from Mangawhai opshop  @mangawhaiopportunityfactory and hat from Aperol Spritz event – remember your hats today!

Nobody else can do you like you can. I no longer try to be like anybody else. Not competing is so freeing!
Hair by Ann at Blaze, secondhand trousers, mesh frill top by Femme Luxe (gifted).

I’m also a lady spy, my secret ability is hiding the good chips from the children. Just kidding, out at Charlie’s Angels movie tonight and will leave it to the professionals. I’m wearing top by Femme Luxe, skirt by Storm, hair by Blaze. Photo by Rochelle Brinsdon.

Did you even know Birkenhead has a wharf? I bowed to pier pressure (can’t resist a pun) and visited their 10/10 views, parking and nice playground. I’m wearing a white bow shoulder top only $5 (five!) dollars by Cotton On from @themarket.nz; gifted, but honestly so cheap I would not have resisted it anyhow. Photo taken by the Instagram Daughter on my dying phone battery so dark we couldn’t see the screen until we got home and charged it. I love the pic though.

Walking into today like

My opshop find of the day; pink pleated sleeve vintage dress for 3 bucks also a Calton Ware butter dish (not pictured!) as I actually collect Carlton Ware. I love it so much.

Today I made a dress using embroidered tulle, and pearl-studded headband.

Today’s opshop find was this retro summer dress that reminds me of all the Misses Butterick patterns. I love the print too which reminds me of Gorman

Feels like summer.

60 years of MINI. At the celebration tonight with the oldest MINI car – from Goodbye Pork Pie- in New Zealand and the newest one. We even dressed in theme in Swinging Sixties mini dresses for the occasion. After all a car is the perfect fashion accessory 🙂

Checking out David Jones Newmarket.

On the school run; clothes thrifted, shoes gifted.

At @cordisauckland Christmas party tonight wearing red vintage dress, with @michikohylands.
