Online shopping: my picks of the January Sales from NZ Designers

Sort: Low to high! That’s what I’ve been doing, on a mission to bring the cheap goodness to you, dear reader. Here are my personal picks of great deals that are on now on the interwebs with New Zealand fashion design on sale. I am saving for my trip to Japan but there’s no reason YOU can’t get out there so I am sharing these with you so I can vicariously enjoy it. Let me know if you buy any!

Online shopping: my picks of the January Sales from NZ Designers

Karen Walker

This Karen Walker wavy jumper with brooch was $220, now $55. That’s worth it just for the brooch alone in my book. It comes in blue, pink and cream.

 

Karen Walker Eyewear

I saw these Atomic Peach sunglasses in the Advanced Style ad campaign and loved them and they were $349 but are on sale now for $149. These are so gorgeous and retro and what a cute colour.

 

Amber Whitecliffe

This Lavender Dress by Parnell based designer Amber Whitecliffe was $429 now $350 and so pretty!

CYBELE

One of our favourite NZ designers, Cybele Wiren of CYBELE, has this beautiful and ethereal organza Levitas Shell Dress from $389 down to $195.

 

TRELISE COOPER

This Love Affair Dress in chiffon is drop dead stunning for those evening events and a huge reduction from $529 down to $100. This is the way to buy a piece of classic Trelise on a budget – and a little black dress doesn’t date so you can wear this for ages.

 

Stolen Girlfriends Club

Stolen Girlfriends Club NO ALOHA ROUCHE Dress was $329 now $246.75 , a Kaftan style beach dress in black with embroidered detailing.

 

RUBY

This was such a cute collection and buying accessories is a cheap and fun way to get a piece of a collection you love and dress up your outfits. The 3-piece Ruby x Gattabravo enamel brooch set is the perfect example of this. The three brooches – lips, eye and hat – are now just $10.

These cool RUBY Chase jeans skinny tie-dye jeans are $169 down to just $30! Bargain!

Liam

This beautiful Liam maxi dress – the Valentina Maxi- is $229 down to $99 and is a great classic full length black dress to have in your wardrobe for formal events.

 

HUFFER

The awesome streetwear label, Huffer, has this cool back back halfprice on sale from $119 down to $59. The Huffer Parks Pack is 100% cotton canvas and comes with an interior padded laptop sleeve and side cargo pockets.

 

Zambesi

The Zambesi sales are the perfect time to browse, as their brand is iconic and also never seems to date. People I know with Zambesi hang onto it for ever and keep wearing their pieces which always look fresh. This mid calf length adjustable long slip was $270 and is now $190 and is made in New Zealand.

 

This Zambesi split sleeve bodice was $375, now $100, with a fully lined full length sleeve and split forearm seam approximately 22cm opening from wrist hem.
