We try: Savar Refining Revitalising Facial Exfoliator
Despite most exfoliating products recommending use once or twice a week, I like to use these every day and always have done. I find most quality exfoliators can actually be used every day if you’re careful about it, and for myself, doing this keeps my problematic skin pretty clear, and bright.
The Savar exfoliator was no exception for me – I kept up daily exfoliating and found it to be a non-abrasive, gentle product which uses tiny beads of bamboo (interesting ingredient alert! Safe for the environment unlike plastic beads in mainstream exfoliators) to make good things happen.
A soft, creamy product, delicately scented with citrus, it was lovely to use. It gives back as it takes away, with a lovely hydrating effect.
Savaronline.com is an Auckland-based, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified company and their skin products are 99% natural. At $49 for a 100ml product, this exfoliator is well price and achievable luxury.
